Five arguments.
Not announcements, and not tips. These are the arguments the five systems were built out of, written at the length they actually need. If you disagree with the first one, none of the software will make sense to you.
- 01 The work nobody is assigned Twelve jobs hold every business together. None of them are in anyone's job description, all of them are done by whoever notices, and that is a software gap rather than a management failure.
- 02 A lead is not a pursuit Every tool in an outbound stack counts something that isn't the unit of work. Databases count records, senders count messages, CRMs count what someone remembered to type. Nothing holds the pursuit.
- 03 Nobody closes the loop Call recording gives you measurement. Roleplay gives you practice. Coaching gives you a diagnosis. None of them check whether it changed a real call, so nothing compounds and there is never a second cycle.
- 04 Why maintenance costs rise without anyone deciding to spend more Nobody approves the increase. It happens because the technician, finance and management each hold a different quarter of the picture, and the sentence that would connect them is never written down.
- 05 Strategy isn't usually the reason it failed Decisions rarely fail because they were wrong. They fail because the organisation could not carry them, which was already true on the day it was signed. And they rarely fail suddenly either.
One more each month, or none. We would rather this stayed short and worth reading than become a content schedule.
