01 / Pursue
RAVEN
Market Pursuit System
You give it the slice of the market you want. It finds the companies in there, works out which are worth your time, decides how to approach each one, and keeps after them until every pursuit has ended in a definite answer.
- UnitOne pursuit
- HoldsPursuit state
- Ends inAn answer
- MarketGCC
Operating for clients today on the current system. Being rebuilt as software.
A lead isn't a pursuit.
Everything sold for outbound counts the wrong thing. A database counts records. A sender counts messages delivered. A CRM counts stages someone remembered to update. None of them can answer the only question that matters on a Tuesday morning: which companies are we actually chasing right now, and what's owed on each one today.
You've been sold one step at a time.
Each of these does its own job well. Each one hands the loop back to a person the moment its job ends, which is why the person is still doing the work.
- A lead database Gives you names Can't tell you which are worth your time
- An enrichment tool Gives you detail Doesn't decide what the detail means
- A sequencer Sends on a schedule Stops thinking the moment a human replies
- A CRM Stores what happened Only knows what someone remembered to type
- An agency Runs it for you Owns the system, so the pipeline leaves when they do
Five products, five invoices, and the loop still closes inside somebody's head.
Six stages, and it doesn't stop at sent.
- 01 Find Who exists inside the market you named? Guarantee: the market is defined by you, not by a vendor list.
- 02 Judge Which of them are actually worth pursuing? Guarantee: a record is not a target until it passes your criteria.
- 03 Approach Why this company, and what's the relevant angle? Guarantee: context is built before contact, never a merge field.
- 04 Pursue What's owed on this pursuit today? Guarantee: nothing that touches your reputation sends unseen.
- 05 Convert Is there real interest, and can it become a conversation? Guarantee: success is a booked conversation, not an open rate.
- 06 Learn What did this market just teach us? Guarantee: every closed pursuit sharpens who gets chosen next.
Returns to find. The market doesn't run out
The distinction that matters is stage four. Most systems think in terms of send an email. RAVEN thinks in terms of continue this pursuit until there's an outcome, which is a different job with a different ending.
Every pursuit is in exactly one of these.
This is the thing RAVEN holds that nothing else in an outbound stack does. Ask it about any company in your market and it answers with one of these, plus what is owed next.
- Identified
- Qualified
- Prepared
- Contacted
- Waiting
- Responded
- Interested
- Booked
- Not interested
- Disqualified
- Closed
Every state is an answer. There's no state called sent, because sent isn't an outcome.
Three of these do work most stacks never do. Disqualified exists because a company can pass your filter and then reveal itself as a poor fit halfway through, and pretending otherwise is how a pipeline fills with noise.
Closed exists because a pursuit has to be allowed to end. Systems that can't end a pursuit keep chasing forever, which is how a company acquires a reputation it didn't choose.
And Waiting carries a clock. It's the state a person is worst at holding, and the one they most often drop.
What RAVEN doesn't do
- It doesn't replace the salesperson. Its job finishes when a qualified prospect is on a calendar. What happens in that conversation is a different problem, and REPS is the answer to it.
- It doesn't send whatever it likes in your name. Anything that touches your reputation stops for a human first. Speed comes from clarity, not from removing you.
- It doesn't invent facts about a prospect. If the context isn't there, it escalates rather than guessing, because a confident wrong sentence costs more than a missed send.
- It doesn't chase forever. A pursuit is allowed to end. Systems that can't close a pursuit are how companies earn a reputation they didn't choose.
- It doesn't promise a number. Nobody can guarantee replies or booked calls, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
06 / Status
Running now. Being rebuilt.
RAVEN isn't a concept. It has been running outbound for clients in the GCC on the current build, which is where the state model above comes from: it was derived from operating the thing, not from designing it on paper.
What's in progress is the rewrite into software. That's why the status says in build rather than live, and why there's no price on this page yet. When there is something to buy, it will say so here.
