REPS

Sales Performance System

It finds the one thing in a salesperson's execution that's actually costing deals, trains it until they can do it without help, then checks their real calls to see whether it stuck.

01 Problem

Everyone tells a closer what went wrong. Nobody finds what to fix, makes them practise it, then checks whether it changed anything.

So the same weakness keeps buying the same loss. Listening back to your own calls tells you something went wrong without telling you what to do instead. A manager's feedback arrives if there's time, on whichever calls they happened to hear. Another course teaches selling in general and nothing about the exact moment your deals break. Generic roleplay practises broadly instead of drilling the one thing costing you money.

02 Loop

Five steps. Every four weeks.

One loop, run seriously: measure, diagnose, train, prove, progress. Nothing hidden, and every step answers the doubt it raises.

  1. 01

See how you perform on real calls.

Upload the calls actually taken. REPS builds the profile from what a closer really does rather than what they think they do, and every score points back to the exact moments that caused it.

  2. 02

Find the weakness costing the most.

It finds where the deal actually started breaking, not where the buyer finally said no. Then it hands over one bottleneck to attack first instead of twenty pieces of feedback.

  3. 03

Practise it until you can do it alone.

Correct execution is shown, then coached, then the help is removed until it can be performed with no support. Drill the weak minutes rather than the forty around them. Redo the exact deals that were lost. The buyers change so answers can't be memorised, and they get harder as the closer improves.

  4. 04

Use the improved skill on real calls.

Practice isn't selling. So REPS checks the next real calls to see whether what was trained shows up when the money is real. Passing practice earns nothing here. The real calls are the exam.

  5. 05

Check the improvement, then take the next weakness.

Not whether a score went up. Whether the mistake that was costing money is actually disappearing from real calls. When it's, REPS finds the next thing holding the closer back and the cycle starts again.

03 Verdict

What it returns on a real call.

Not a transcript summary, and not a grade. A verdict, the moment the deal turned, and the one thing to train next.

Train this next

When a buyer drops an aside like “Mondays are chaos,” stop and open it. That's the deal talking.

Read the card in order and you have the whole product. A verdict on whether the deal was winnable at all. The timestamp where it actually turned, which is twenty minutes before the buyer objected. The throwaway line that was never opened. Then the count: the same problem in six of the last ten calls, which is the difference between a bad day and a pattern.

Everything after that follows from one number. The weakness scores 58, so that's what gets drilled, and nothing else does until it moves.

One verdict · one break point · one thing to train
04 Door

This is a gym. It has a door policy.

  • If every lost deal is always someone else's fault, REPS isn't for you.
  • If you want validation instead of feedback, REPS isn't for you.
  • If you're looking for another sales course to watch, REPS isn't it.
  • If you want your close rate to change without changing how you sell, REPS isn't for you.
  • If you think becoming good means you stop training, REPS is probably not for you.

REPS is for working closers who already take real calls, want the truth about their performance, and are willing to train until their execution catches up with where they know it can be.

05 / Guarantee

If it doesn't transfer, you don't pay.

The real-call transfer guarantee

The only scoreboard REPS respects is your real calls.

Follow the roadmap, complete the training, and give REPS enough real-call evidence to verify the result. If the skill it trains shows no measurable improvement on real calls, you get all of your money back and another full Performance Cycle free. Do your part, and if the training fails to transfer we carry the cost.
